Below are samples of work I completed for the Information Architecture (COMM 345) course at Clarkson University during the Fall 2007 semester:
Relational Database Prototyping
Below is an example of a relational database prototype I helped to develop as part of a group project for IS414 at Clarkson University:
User-Interface Design (UX Design)
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
During the Fall 2009 semester, as part of a six-credit project towards my Information Technology MS at Clarkson University, I developed a prototype redesign of the website for WCKN Television, the school's student-run television station and public access channel serving north-central St. Lawrence County, New York. The prototype redesign was completed using database-driven, server-side scripting in PHP & MySQL.
Prior to the construction and development of the website database, wireframe diagrams were developed in Visio as a preliminary tool to determine the layout and prospective Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with the newly-redeveloped website. A strong attempt was made to fully integrate the station's existing logo and green-and-gold color scheme into the new website interface/design.
