National Battlefield


Come experience where “The Turning Point of the American Revolution” took place. The 3,392 preserve, managed by the National Park Service, commemorates The Battles of Saratoga and includes a visitor center that features multiple exhibits and a 20-minute presentation film.


Battle Monument


Located just outside of the Village of Schuylerville, the Saratoga National Battle Monument is a 155-foot tall granite obelisk that was built to honor the 1777 American victory during the Revolutionary War. The monument also features an observation platform that overlooks the Upper Hudson Valley.


Ulysses Grant Cottage


This mountainside cottage on the slope of Mount McGregor in Moreau was the final home of President Ulysses S. Grant where he spent his final weeks before dying of throat cancer in 1885.
